In October of 2011, she formed a part of the creative staff of the Loewe company (LVMH), where she spent six months in the Women’s ready-to-wear department and among other projects, she collaborated on the development of the fall-winter 2012 collection for the Paris Fashion Week.

She also collaborated with the British designers “Art comes first” in the creation of a capsule collection for Zombie Clothing. Her first collection "S, M, L, XL" was selected for Ego 2013 and it won the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent prize, which gave her the opportunity to present her collection at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico.

After the success of her first collection, Pepa Salazar presented her spring-summer 2014 collection at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid, with which she obtained her second consecutive Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent Award, thanks to which she will exhibit that same collection in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Days in Zurich.

In June of 2014, her "Hyperdry" project won the Samsung Innovation Project Award, which gave her the opportunity to present it at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.
